About Us

Golf pain deserves its own clinical pathway

Golf Pain Lab was created for golfers over 50 who want more than temporary relief, general exercise advice or another unmeasured opinion. We combine exercise physiology, golf-specific assessment and objective data to determine what your body needs next.

Golf Pain Club’s Foundation

Our Clinical Foundation

Golf Pain Lab is supported by Tailored Health, an established exercise physiology clinic based in Ashwood, Melbourne. Our practitioners are university-qualified and accredited exercise physiologists with experience assessing physical capacity, managing complex presentations and developing individualised exercise interventions.

Our Methodology & Principles

Where Golf Research Meets Clinical Practice

Golf Longevity Lab is the research and methodology arm that helps us identify, measure and track the physical qualities associated with golf capacity across different ages, playing levels and stages of life. Our principles ensure every assessment, recommendation and program remains objective, clinically reasoned and focused on building lasting physical capacity for golf.

Measure Before Prescribing

Recommendations begin with an objective baseline.

Clarity & Transparency

Clients should understand their results without needing a clinical dictionary.

Pain As The Starting Point

The real objective is restoring and preserving capacity.

Collaborate & Reassess

We coordinate care with other practitioners, then reassess progress against a clear result.
